Flex Weeks

“Flex dates” are select weekdays where you may cancel lessons with twenty-four hoursʼ notice, without penalty. Your lesson credit will not be used and will roll over to your next scheduled lesson.

Monday, October 14, 2024 through Friday, October 18, 2024: Indigenous Peoples’ Day // October Break

Thursday, October 31, 2024: Halloween

Monday, February 17, 2025 through Friday, February 21, 2025: President’s Day // February Break

Monday, April 7 through Friday, April 11, 2025: Spring Break

Summer Billing:

In years past, we used a separate system for booking and paying for summer lessons. Now, we use the same system for summer that we use for the academic year (Fons). 

Summer lessons will be billed a la carte upon booking. If you have credits leftover from the academic year that you’d like to put towards your summer schedule, just let the office know!

As always, summer lessons can be canceled with 24 hours’ notice. Your credit will be saved on your account to use when you’re ready!
